Prior to founding Dorigan + Associates in 1993, CEO Connie Dorigan’s tenure at Management Recruiters International as Director and Senior Account Manager advanced the Portland office’s ranking to consistently first in the nation and she became a member of the Million Dollar Club. Connie has degrees in Psychology from University of California Santa Barbara, and MSW from the University of Washington. She is personally CPC and CSAM certified.
