Career Coaching Subscription FAQs

What is a career coaching subscription?

A career coaching subscription with Dorigan & Associates is a commitment to yourself and your career. We believe that every career deserves a trusted outside perspective. A subscription includes one monthly virtual meeting and weekly check-ins either via text, Slack, or email.

How do I schedule my monthly meetings?

At the time of subscribing, you will receive an email with a link to begin scheduling your appointments immediately. You will be able to schedule 1 meeting every month. If you ever lose track of that email, reach out and we will send you a link to schedule your meetings. Having a subscription means knowing you’ve always got another meeting coming up to look forward to.

What am I committing to with a career coaching subscription?

It’s an easy, short-term 90-day commitment, and then a month-to-month commitment after that. If you decide to cancel your subscription after your 90-day commitment, you can jump back in anytime with a month-to-month subscription.

What is the cancellation policy for a subscription?

You may cancel a meeting anytime up to 24-hours in advance. Subscription cancellation notices must be given in writing 30 days prior to your cancellation date. To cancel a subscription, simply contact us with your notice.

How will I be charged for a subscription?

You will be charged for your first month upon signing up for your subscription. Each subsequent payment will be charged that same day of each month unless you cancel your subscription.

Can I skip a scheduled meeting?

Even if you cancel a scheduled meeting or can’t make it to a monthly meeting, you’ve “prepaid” for your time. Given that you’ve provided us with more than 24-hours notice, you can reschedule any missed “prepaid” meeting within 12 months. This gives you the opportunity to have ongoing support and not have to start over with someone new each time you need coaching for a work-related issue.

Career Coaching Packages FAQs

I’ve purchased a career coaching package. How do I schedule my sessions?

We’re excited that you’ve made a commitment to yourself and your career. At the time of purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to begin scheduling your appointments immediately. If you ever lose track of that email, reach out and we will send you a link to schedule your meetings.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

You can reschedule a session anytime up to 24-hours in advance of it. In most cases, if you reschedule or cancel an appointment within 24-hours of the scheduled time, you will forfeit the session fee. It’s important to prioritize the commitment you’re making for coaching. We ask that we mutually respect each other’s time.

What is the cancellation policy for packages?

You may cancel anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your first session and receive a full refund.

Does a prepaid career coaching package expire?

As soon as you’ve purchased a career coaching package with Dorigan & Associates,  you’ve “prepaid” for your time. You can schedule your sessions within 12 months of purchasing. You can also reschedule any missed “prepaid” meeting within 12 months.

Connie is so experienced and strategic. Not only does her knowledge include technical industry understanding, but she also supports the company and the candidate through the entire process. She truly cares. I am grateful for her and highly recommend her to those searching for the perfect match in a recruiter.

Connie is my go-to expert for practical, savvy career advice. Under her guidance, my part-time “survival” job quickly blossomed into a double promotion. Even my husband used her suggested questions in his job offer before accepting it. No wonder everyone I send to her thanks me profusely for doing so!
