Executive Coaching FAQs

I’ve purchased an executive coaching package. How do I schedule my sessions?

We’re excited that you’ve made a commitment to yourself and your career. At the time of purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to begin scheduling your appointments immediately. If you ever lose track of that email, reach out and we will send you a link to schedule your meetings.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

You can reschedule a session anytime up to 24-hours in advance of it. In most cases, if you reschedule or cancel an appointment within 24-hours of the scheduled time, you will forfeit the session fee. It’s important to prioritize the commitment you’re making for coaching. We ask that we mutually respect each other’s time.

What is the cancellation policy for packages?

You may cancel anytime up to 24-hours in advance of your first session and receive a full refund.

Does a prepaid career coaching package expire?

As soon as you’ve purchased an executive coaching package with Dorigan & Associates,  you’ve “prepaid” for your time. You can schedule your sessions within 12 months of purchasing. You can also reschedule any missed “prepaid” meeting within 12 months.

Reviews

Connie is so experienced and strategic. Not only does her knowledge include technical industry understanding, but she also supports the company and the candidate through the entire process. She truly cares. I am grateful for her and highly recommend her to those searching for the perfect match in a recruiter.

Connie was recommended to me by several members of my network. She continues to be a great resource and friend, whether helping me navigate through a complex interview cycle or providing advice on search strategies. I recommend starting a job search with Connie for great coaching and encouragement!

Connie is my go-to expert for practical, savvy career advice. Under her guidance, my part-time “survival” job quickly blossomed into a double promotion. Even my husband used her suggested questions in his job offer before accepting it. No wonder everyone I send to her thanks me profusely for doing so!
