Pico de Gallo (Rooster’s Beak)

  •  6 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
  • ½ medium, diced fine
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stemmed and chopped fine
  • 1 japeno chile, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

In a bowl combine tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice.  Add salt to taste.

Serve with Turkey Taquitos and Guacamole
