Pico de Gallo (Rooster’s Beak)
- 6 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
- ½ medium, diced fine
- 1 bunch cilantro, stemmed and chopped fine
- 1 japeno chile, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
In a bowl combine tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice. Add salt to taste.
Serve with Turkey Taquitos and Guacamole
